Overview Welcome to Raj Hair Extension! We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully to understand our policies regarding refunds and exchanges.

Refund and Exchange Policy If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, you may return it for a refund (minus shipping charges, transaction fees, and taxes) within 2 weeks of the shipment receive date. Exchanges are also available in these situations, and we will cover the shipping fees for the exchanged item. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted after 20 days of the shipment receipt date.

Right of Refusal Raj Hair Extension reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any hair good for the following reasons:

  • The merchandise is not in its original state (used, worn, with loosened curls, visible tangles, visible hair products, bleached or color-treated, or the weft has been cut into pieces).
  • The merchandise is damaged or missing pieces.
  • It is past the acceptable return time of 20 days.
  • Original tags or packaging are missing or damaged.
  • The proper return procedure described in this section is not followed by the customer.
  • No return or exchange on custom textured or colored hair, wigs, frontals, or closures.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued for delays in shipment once a custom order has been placed and sent for production. We utilize third-party shippers such as DHL, FedEx, and USPS, and standard postage timing is beyond our control.

Return and Exchange Procedure At Raj Hair Extension, returns and exchanges are simple, easy, and quick. Our customer service center will personally guide you over the phone to assist you with your returns and exchanges.

Upon receiving your item(s), carefully examine the product to verify if it matches the color and texture you ordered. Do not detach the hair from the weft or discard the packaging, as this information is necessary to process a return or exchange.

Carrier Responsibility Please note that Raj Hair Extension is not responsible for carrier losses or damages to shipments. If you encounter any issues with shipping, please direct all inquiries to our shipping partners FedEx, DHL, or USPS.
